This notice is issued by Sehat Jobs ("we", "us"), the data user responsible for the personal data collected through this page. It explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you fill in the qualifying survey, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
All fields in the survey are collected directly from you, with your knowledge, at the time you fill in the form.
We use this information to check whether you meet the basic eligibility criteria set by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) for this Medical Officer interview intake, to score and prioritise how our recruiters follow up, and — where relevant — to have a Sehat Jobs recruiter contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your interview slot and explain next steps.
Yes. Every field in this survey is mandatory. We need all of it to assess your eligibility and to contact you about the interview. If you do not provide this information (or do not consent below), we will not be able to process your application, and the form cannot be submitted.
We do not sell your data, and we do not disclose it to any other third party outside of running this program.
We keep your submission for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your application, and to keep basic records of our recruitment activity. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see below.
